1:1 – our cancellation policy is strict and the full fee will be forfeited for cancellations with any less than 48 hours notice. We will always do our best to re-schedule where proper notice is given. Bookings made and neither taken nor re-scheduled and block bookings including HypnoBand are non-refundable. In exceptional circumstances, be exchanged for an online programme of similar value or refunded (sessions taken charged at the single session rate) minus £35 admin fee at my discretion.

Appointments can only confirmed on receipt of full payment via bank transfer or PayPal which must be done within within 48 hours of making the booking to keep the space. Ongoing sessions can be pre-booked either by deposit to hold the time slot or on a block booking basis. 

Event and training fees are non-refundable but can also be rescheduled/replaced under certain circumstances at my discretion.

Deposits for Retreats and Tours are non-refundable, the balance is refundable with enough notice, check individual terms and conditions
